Our son is a bit shy, but loves music, crafts, and reading. He'll do great with someone caring and creative. We don't require much other than watching and interacting with him. We're open to help, but we generally do things like preparing food, clothes, etc. We currently only need someone on Wednesdays and Thursdays 9-5.
