Mother's Helper/Nanny Needed For 18 Month Old

We are looking for a long-term, full-time help at home. I am currently a stay at home mom with two kids (18mo girl and 5yr boy). I am looking for someone who can help around the house in the mornings, then provide fantastic care for my 18mo daughter in the afternoons while I pick my son up from school. House duties include dishes, laundry, tidying up, light cooking if you're open to it. We are looking for someone who has experience with young kids and can help our girl progress through various stages of development. Kind and loving. Clean, organized, and punctual. And someone who can work with parents as a team and essentially feel a part of our family. 5 days/week. 9am-6pm, hours flexible. $24-30/hour, flexible based on your needs and experience.
