Need someone to pick up and drive little one home and entertain him after kindergarten. Looking for someone who is... Playful/Energetic: Actually enjoys playing with kids. Detail-Oriented: Makes sure child has all items he needs at pick up. Experienced: Basic understanding of how preschoolers function (e. g. letting kids get too tired/ hungry leads to behavior problems) and how to set boundaries you can enforce. Our little one is playful, energetic, social, and has a mind of his own. He loves playing pretend, Star Wars, sword fighting, and sports (He doesn't really care for arts/crafts). If he had his way, he'd stop eating, sleeping, going to the bathroom, etc, and spend all his time playing. He responds well to lots of positive reinforcement. Creative approaches to getting him to do repetitive or boring tasks may be necessary.
