We are an open, welcoming family prioritizing joy despite busy schedules. Job Description: * Transition from 2 to 1 nap * Pacifier weaning * Meal prep (open to new recipes) * During wake windows: talk (English & Spanish), sing, play, read, music, draw, garden time * Track feeds and naps * Dress & diaper changes * Evidence-based child development knowledge * Light cleaning (tidy up, sweep, vacuum, dishes, surfaces, laundry) * Organize toys, clothes, etc. * Available for days out/occasional travel Things to Know: * No screens household * Mum works remotely, Dad at office * Travel from Aug 15 - Sep 2 * May need occasional support with notice * Meals provided
