Long Beach family seeking a compassionate caregiver/housekeeper to support our 18-year-old twin boys with autism. Responsibilities: Care for Twin Boys: Provide supervision and support to ensure their safety and well-being Manage a structured schedule, provide support with daily routines as needed while encouraging independence Meal planning and preparation Medication management Household Support: Laundry Help maintain a clean and organized home Maintain cleanliness and organization of the boys' bathroom and bedroom Requirements: Experience working as a caregiver Special Needs experience is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a family team Strong communication skills Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Availability for some nights and weekends Future availability for overnight care
