About the job
We seek a responsible and experienced nanny to care for our daughter in Long Beach, CA (Alamitos Beach neighborhood / 90802). The position would start in late May when she will be 8 months old. May through August, the position will be 3 days a week for 8-9 hours a day. Starting in September, it will be 5 days a week for 8-9 hours a day. Responsibilities include following a nap and consistent feeding schedule, engaging in age-appropriate developmental activities/playtime (no screen time), outdoor play and walks, and light cleaning related to the baby (washing bottles/pump parts, tidying play areas, folding laundry). The ideal candidate is experienced with infants and toddlers, is CPR certified, has a valid driver's license (+ clean driving record), and is patient, nurturing, attentive, reliable, and punctual. Parents WFH most days.
