Assistance would be for my 3. 5-year-old, who will be 4 soon. I work from home but would need help to watch him in home after school. Hours would be around 2pm- 7 pm, Monday- Friday. My sons general day would be school in the morning, I would pick him up around 2 and bring him home. If I were unable to pick him up due to work, we would like for the person to have the flexibility to help with that when needed. From there, he would need someone to watch him, play, read together, activities, and to help keep him occupied. We have two dogs, so person would need to be comfortable around dogs.
