Part-Time Support Companion For A Special Needs Child

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Part-Time Support Companion to assist and support a kind, sweet, and non-speaking autistic 7-year-old girl. This position is essential for ensuring her safety and engagement in meaningful activities. The ideal candidate will be dependable, possess a strong work ethic, and be committed to growing with our family. This role requires up to 10 to 15 hours per week, primarily during evenings Monday to Friday, and weekend days. Open to splitting role between two individuals to accommodate schedule availability, and have general schedule flexibility. As a Support Companion, you will provide one-on-one assistance to help her navigate daily activities, support her social and sensory needs, and engage her in activities that foster learning and socialization.
