About the job
babysitter for a 2-year-old and 4-year-old. need someone who can provide enriching activities and engage a bright and active boy and girl. Child led style but with good boundaries. Need to have worked as a nanny with more than one toddler at once for at least a year. Childcare background preferred. We are looking for someone to add to our village, not someone who is just looking for a job. We really need someone who is kind and patient and is good at teaching and modeling good skills. We are the kind of family who work closely with our kids and involve them in our world and guide them. Whoever we work with needs to be hands on but also allow freedom to explore but maintain good boundaries and connect with the children so they listen to you.
