Responsible Fun Babysitter For 10 Yr Old Boy

Looking for a babysitter for my 10-year-old son for the occasional week day or weekend night. He is a a very independent kid, but still needs help with routines and limiting time on screens. He loves video games. Balance of activities, getting outside, and sticking to a basic (loose) schedule is important. I'm looking for someone who likes to have fun with kids. Knowledge of child development is a plus but not required. I don't need a housekeeper, but meals and activities should be cleaned up and picked up afterwards, and the kiddo should always help. There is easy street parking in front of the house. Pets: Labrador retriever (7 years old). She is very well behaved and easy. Kitten (6 months old). She's very sweet. She's not allowed outside.
