I (The father) work from home full time and my wife works hybrid 2 days a week. So we will be available to help most of the time. But sometimes we will both be home with important meetings we must attend and need someone to take care of our little girl and give her the attention she needs when we can't step away that very moment. We have two dogs, both love people but we beed someone who is comfortable around pets.
