Nanny Needed For 1 Baby

We're currently looking for a full time nanny for our 6m old son. He's a calm, happy baby who loves 1-1 attention. We're looking for a reliable nanny to care for him during regular work hours, around 7:15 a.m. to 4 p. m, M-F. Right now we're able to offer $20 per hour ($25 for monthly overtime hours), plus a performance-based annual bonus. We have 1 senior cat in the home who's very docile.
