Local Family Looking For Outgoing And Dependable Sitter For Our Smiley Daughter

We are looking for an outgoing, dependable person to care for our currently 4-month-old daughter in our home which includes basic care needs, play time, washing used dishes and a light load of laundry consisting of her clothes. Someone who can speak Spanish to her is a huge plus to us. We have an indoor cat who is very affectionate and loves to be around people and two outdoor female dogs that love to play and are all very good with strangers. We hope to hire the right candidate as soon as possible. We don't use the "cry it out" method and want our daughter to trust those that care for her that she is safe with them. We value face time and do not allow our daughter to have any screen time whatsoever. We love reading, music and making our daughter giggle! Our daughter loves tummy time and snuggles! She also loves music Activities that encourage meeting developmental milestones, which I provide instruction on Intuitive with putting a child down to sleep (if she wakes when put in her crib) Street parking Cat: Dexter, Maine Coon (loves playing and affection) Outdoor Dogs: Bailey, German Shephard mix Zoey, Shiba Inu - Both are really good with strangers and love to play!
