Care Provider For Special Needs Adult Son - 18 Years Old

We are looking for a care provider for our adult son with autism on an "as-needed" basis. We want our son to have opportunities to engage with others outside the home and participate in activities with a care provider. We would like someone to take him out for activities such as bowling, hiking, dining, shopping, arcades and other outings. Our son is a happy and well adjusted adult, who is currently in an adult program during the week. Having a care provider take him out for excursions on weekends would greatly benefit him and allow him to spend quality time with others outside of the family dynamics. Experience with special needs individuals is required, as well as a background check after being selected. Pay rate is $30-$35 per hour, depending on experience.
