2-year-old seeking nanny

Hello! We are looking for an experienced nanny to care for our wildly sweet and silly daughter who is just about to turn 2 years old! The ideal addition to our family dynamic would be someone who has cared for toddlers before, likes to take daily walks, is engaging and creative, likes dogs, can help keep the house a little less chaotic, and is fairly flexible with their schedule. Schedule: Monday through Friday 8-5 (though one of us is usually makes it home a little early!). Mom generally works from home two days a week so those days will be shorter (usually Wednesday & Friday 8:30-12:30). Our current nanny will be leaving us to pursue her nursing career and while we have some flexibility on the start date, we need someone to start by January. Responsibilities include: General care for 2-year-old- CPR & First Aid certified Assisting with putting meals together Keeping with a sleep schedule (we aim for a 2. 5-3 hour nap!) Light housekeeping- baby laundry, play area cleanup, dishes Organizing and cycling through toys/activities to keep up with developmental milestones and interests!
