We are looking for a safe caregiver with childcare experience. Preferably someone with education in the field of child development. M is 3 years old, potty trained and enjoys playing, snacks, and being read to. I is 6 months old and enjoys bottles and teething. I don't have really strict ideas as far as what an ideal day would look like, my biggest concern is their safety and that they are treated kindly. I work with kids in the child welfare system, so my main concern is finding someone who has a strong understanding of child development and has patience, kindness, and treats kids with love and respect.
