We are looking for babysitting services for our 6-month-old boy. We will likely need help at least one weekend day per week when mom is traveling for work. Our ideal caregiver interacts with our child with lots of mentally and physically engaging activities, lots of reading/talking/learning and with no input from digital screens. They are empathetic, adaptable and capable of creating a secure relationship with our child. They are creative when it comes to playing with our baby be it inside or outside the home. They are also able to follow our daily scheduling expectations for nap, wake, and meal windows, as well as child's cues. We are still learning our baby's interests but he is a very curious and communicative little one. He likes to see everything when he is awake and he loves to be encouraged to contribute to conversations.
