Nanny Needed For 9 Month Old Baby Boy

Before you start reading, pay is only $250 a week. This is for someone who only wants to make extra money and has the extra time since it doesn't pay much. $50 day is all I can afford. Single mother of a playful, happy 5-month-old baby boy. I am going to be working with a very early morning shift and I need care to be at my home, so his sleep isn't interrupted. It would be Sunday to Thursday 2am-1 p.m. I don't work a great job. I can only pay a flat rate to a nanny. I currently have a nanny, but she will only be with us ONLY for a few months. I don't know exactly when she's leaving us, but it should be at the beginning of the new year maybe. I want to do interviews OR at least take down numbers from multiple people with hopes that someone I love will be available in a few months to take over.
