Part Time Nanny/Sitter Needed For A Newborn And Toddler In Lake Forest

We are looking for a part-time nanny. We are a family with a mom, dad, 3-year-old son, 2-year-old medium size dog, 3 cats, and a baby girl on the way in mid-February. Its a busy household. My husband and I both work from home and here to provide support. We practice gentle parenting so we're looking for someone with the same philosophy. We are flexible with our schedule and can also do a nanny share with another family. Must have experience working with toddlers, newborns, and comfortable being around dogs and cats. Someone who is easy going, energetic, actively engaging with the kiddos and animals, proactive, and reliable. Caring for a 3-year-old and newborn (once she arrives) with the assistance from mom and dad. Taking toddler to local parks when he's interested, engage him in play-based activities, and offer snacks throughout the day.
