We are seeking a babysitter/respite provider for our 5yo autistic daughter and 1yo son. As recipients of county funding, candidates will need to sign on with an agency, and we will compensate their pay with cash so you can receive $25/hr. Responsibilities: - Engage our daughter in play and interactive activities - Accompany her on walks and outings to promote socialization and safety awareness. - Provide care and support tailored to her unique needs, including assistance with type 1 diabetes management (training provided). - For more hours, assistance with our infant son (separately) is needed for a few mornings a week. Requirements: - Experience with children, particularly special needs children. - Willingness to learn and follow specific care instructions, including diabetes management.
