I am currently looking for a part time nanny. I have a 4-year-old daughter and a 14-month-old son. My daughter is in school in the morning, so I would primarily need afternoons starting between 12:30-1 p.m. and ending around 4:40-5pm, with occasional days when I may need mornings. My husband is a firefighter so generally I need help on his shift days which we know in advance, but he does get forced OT at times so having someone with some flexibility in their schedule would be ideal.
