About the job
Thank you for considering us! Mom's helper needed (meal prep, folding laundry, gardening??) and maybe sitting our highly verbal autistic 7-year-old, super smart and very sweet boy. No pets, cleaners every 2 weeks. 100% transparency, there is a chance of your being injured if he becomes dysregulated (biting, hitting, kicking). We will be with you in the home until you're comfortable; if not, we'll watch him while you do you. Hours are flexible, up to 24 per month. You tell us when you're available, and we'll make it happen. Availability for us to go out for a date would be amazing, Mondays 10-2 are quietest. Long term, pay will be contracted with an agency so you'll need CPR/First aid certified or willing to take free class. Speak Spanish? I'm fairly fluent & could use practice, would be great for menfolk to learn by listening!
