About the job
We're looking for a warm, experienced nanny to help with our two boys, ages 3. 5 and 1. 5, in the afternoons after naptimes (2:30-5:30pm). Our 3-year-old is independent and enjoys pretend play but may need time to warm up to new people. He can experience sibling rivalry and needs guidance when frustrated. Our 1-year-old is active, curious, and may resist abrupt transitions. He's vocal when upset but happiest outdoors. Responsibilities: Engage the boys after their naptimes with light snacks, a short movie, and/or playtime indoors or outdoors Light tidying up, diaper changes, potty assistance Ideal candidate: Proactive, patient with toddlers/infants Prior experience with siblings (preferred) CPR-certified (preferred) No smoking. Must have reliable transportation. Occasional babysitting for date nights is a plus!
