Join this fun-loving crew as they navigate an exciting new chapter with their adorable 2.5-year-old boy AND a baby girl on the way! Their cherished nanny is heading out on maternity leave (she's due just 6 weeks after mom!), and they need YOU to step in and shine while she's away. Their toddler will be in school 3-4 days a week, and they'll have a Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) handling overnights for the first 5 months (10 PM-7 AM). Your days will focus on caring for their precious newborn, teaming up with mom, and keeping things running smoothly. DUTIES: School drop-off and pick-up at 12 PM for their curious little guy Naptime guru and activity planner extraordinaire Prepping toddler meals (chef-prepared, so no cooking-just serving up the fun!) PERK ALERT: They've got a private chef to whip up all your meals while you're working. Yes, you read that right-delicious food included! Kiddo laundry + tidying up after their little ones General household assistance to help mom during recovery LOCATION: Laguna Beach, CA Open to live-in during shifts or the full assignment-OR live-out if that's your style! START DATE: Late February 2025 (you'll get to overlap with their amazing current nanny) END DATE: July 2025 SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 7 AM-4 PM (flexibility to stay later is a big plus!). COMPENSATION: $35-$50/hr gross DOE QUALIFICATIONS: 8+ years of nannying experience Expertise with newborns, infants, and toddlers Living a low-tox lifestyle (or willing to adapt-no harsh chemicals here!) Comfortable with parents who work from home (WFH pros welcome!)
