Ideally, we would love to start slow with a "date night babysitter" from now until baby arrives, and then would like to offer additional hours as desired for the summer. Ideally, a great match would be a local college student looking for extra cash now while school is in session. And then 20-30 hours over summer, as you desire. Finding the right fit matters more than fitting a schedule does.
