We are looking for help with our2-year-old (and possibly our 4-year-old) as well as help around the house including cleaning up the kitchen, laundry, putting away toys, etc. We do not need someone with loads of experience. Rather, we are looking for someone willing to learn, eager to gain experience, and naturally great with kids. We are thinking roughly 20 hours/week, but it could go up. We are flexible with days and times.
