About the job
We are looking for somebody who is able to Shadow our 4-year-old son at school 3 days a week, hours most likely 11:30 to 3:30, subject to change. I'm also open to working with the right candidate's availability. He is having some challenges with aggression and impulsivity control, and needs someone who can be there hands-on to support him with regulation and redirection. We are in the process of having him evaluated for ASD, so we need someone who is very comfortable with neurodivergent minds. He is verbal, with an advanced vocabulary, so communication is not a concern.
