Nanny Needed For 1 Child In La Mirada: School Pickup And After School Care

We're looking for a reliable, long-term nanny for our 6-year-old son in La Mirada, starting around March 11. The job includes school pickup and afternoon care. Applicants must have their own car and a clean driving record. Our son is autistic (high-functioning with low support needs), so we're seeking someone with experience communicating with or caring for diverseness children. He does best with a firm but kind presence: someone who sets clear boundaries, redirects effectively, and corrects behavior with clear communication while remaining patient and consistent. The position follows a set schedule with occasional additional hours based on your availability. You would also help with light housework: our son's weekly laundry, loading the dishwasher, and simple dinner prep (no cooking). Please note, we're a household with two cats.
