Nanny Needed For 9 Month Old In La Mesa

We need a nanny for our 1 child in La Mesa. Sebastien is 9 months old and we're looking now! He's a very sweet, happy and active baby. We'd love someone who is caring and warm and likes to do activities like take him outside! The job would likely start at part time (2 to 3 days a week) but would soon grow to more hours / full time. We have cat who is indoor/outdoor and doesn't require any help. Some light housekeeping (help with laundry) would be appreciated!
