About the job
Looking for part-time childcare for our 2. 5-year-old son at our home in La Mesa Schedule: Mondays 11:30-6:30pm, Wednesdays 9:30-5:30 p.m. Pay Rate: $23+ depending on experience. We prefer to have someone on payroll as a W2 employee but this not a must. Bonus is free chiropractic care in our office :) Requirements: -Experience with toddlers -Familiarity with RIE, gentle parenting and/or Montessori -No perfume, fragrances or heavily scented laundry detergents -Present and attentive, no screen time -Comfortable with a very friendly labradoodle -CPR trained, non-smoker -Reliable transportation for yourself (no need to drive the little one around) -Light tidying and help with meal prep while he naps We are hoping for someone to be with us long term, at least 6 months to a year!
