Part Time Nanny For 4 Month Old While Mom Works At Home

My husband is a PhD student and I am a project manager who works remotely full time at home. We live in a UCSD graduate student apartment in La Jolla. We would be open to another mom with one other kid watching our daughter at the same time, a nanny share or a solo babysitter/nanny. We have two Australian Cattle Dogs so you must be okay with dogs. We would like someone who will do zero screen time, tummy time, book reading and talk to her. We are looking for someone who is up to date vaccinations, is infant CPR certified (we can pay if not certified) and can provide two references. I am breastfeeding so someone who will be okay bringing her to me to breastfed if I don't have a pumped bottle prepared and is okay with me comforting her if she is crying. Timing can be flexible and we may need Thursday and more hours.
