Nanny 3days/week 7+ Months For 2 Little Boys

We value a loving home with structure and balance. It's important to us to have a safe and nurturing environment that also promotes learning and growth through exploration. We value heath, acceptance, respect, honesty, creativity, thoughtfulness, and kindness. Our 2. 5y/o LOVES cars and trucks. He can play with them all day. They are very motivating. He also loves being outside. We prefer limited to no screen time. He has great speech and is a great negotiator. He loves positive reinforcement, encouragement and attention. Our newborn is still figuring out life outside the womb but he loves his bouncer and contact napping. Our 2y/o needs support with potty training, being more independent, and communicating his needs. Much like all toddlers. We hope our caregiver patient, collaborative, creative, respectful, and kind. We want them to be part of our team with regard to raising the kids. We want to establish a mutual relationship with trust and respect. We hope to find someone who is consistent and reliable with transportation a valid drivers license and good driving record. We do not expect them to travel by with the kids much, especially in the beginning. We are looking for care a minimum of 7 months but possibly longer. We have one 25lb dog named Juni. She is very sweet and lazy. She mostly sleeps all day and doesn't bother the kids much. Our 2y/o however does like to bother her (lol). She uses the backyard for her business. She will bark if someone comes to the front door. She looks like a beagle whippet mix but is a rescue dog from TJ. She is not aggressive at all but may bark at you when you first meet because you are new.
