Respite Worker For Autistic Kiddo

I am looking for someone to come to my house weekdays for 2. 5 hours to play with my Autistic 8yo. I need someone who is already signed up with Respite or willing to go through them. My daughter is PDA so the person must be extremely flexible, empathetic, ready to engage in imaginative play and energetic. Experience with Autistic and ADHD kids is a huge bonus. We also have a very energetic 1yo dog (blue heeler) and a cat. My daughter loves art, playing outside, building things and is currently working on reading. We try to keep things as calm and peaceful as possible while still having lots of fun. She loves animals (vegetarian), Harry Potter, Ancient Egypt, Buddha and creating art. She is an incredibly sweet and loving kid who gets very attached to people very quickly. Only very serious people should apply with the intention of staying for the foreseeable future. We need someone who will play whatever she wants to play and follow her lead/direction without their own agenda. We are not interested in you teaching her anything or instilling any values. We just want someone who is kind, loving and will follow her lead. Must be reliable and plan on staying for a while. Transitions are extremely hard and unexpected departures are devastating. Preferably looking for someone who has lots of energy and has experience working with disabled kiddos.
