About the job
Were a Mandarin-speaking family living in Irvine. My wife and I didnt grow up in the U. S., so were still learning how to best support our son as he adjusts to preschool here. Our main goal is to help him improve his everyday English communicationthrough conversation, play, and reading. We also hope to strengthen his attention span and help him understand basic preschool routines and social rules, such as following instructions, taking turns, and cleaning up. Were looking for a kind and patient caregiver who can gently guide him, create a calm and engaging environment, and support his learning and growth with warmth and consistency.
