Flexible Nanny For 4 Month Old Needed During Workweek

Hi there, My husband and I have a daughter who is almost 4 months old. We both work remote 4 days a week, but I go into the office one day a week. These days vary based on my boss's schedule. The days that I am fully in office, we would love for someone to come by the house and hang with our daughter for most of the work day. The days that I am home, we would love if someone could come by for only a couple of hours just to take off some pressure. We have a big goldendoodle who isn't the most well trained.
