Need someone with extensive experience with newborns (3 months old), and managing a newborn and toddler of 2. 4 years old at the same time. Ideally they will also be able to take our toddler to school and pick him up on occasion. Ability to make small meals and snacks for our toddler is desired. Experience in sleep training infants would be a huge plus.
