Hello, we have a 2-year-old and a 1-year-old. My wife does not work, so the job is to basically assist her with 1 of the kids at a time, playing, snack, walks, etc. My wife is very chill/nice :) . Our home is clean and organized, this person is helping keep it that way. There is a good amount of downtime. We'd like to have a set weekly schedule 2-4 days per week, not mondays or fridays.
