Searching For A Flexible Part-Time Nanny

We are looking for a part-time nanny for our 4-month-old baby boy. The sweet little guy loves interacting and "talking" with people and enjoys engaging with certain toys. Job responsibilities will include: changing his diaper, feeding him (bottles will be prepared by me in advance), playing with him during wake windows, taking him for short walks in the stroller, and putting him to sleep for naps. My husband works from home and I have a flexible work schedule as a teacher, so we only need help on those days/time, but it would be great if the nanny can be flexible each week.
