After School Nanny For 2nd Grade Twins

Hello! Our 7-year-old twins get out of school around 2 p.m. and we're looking for a fun, responsible Nanny who loves children to help us with afternoon care from approximately 2-4 p.m. on Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri. This would be the daily routine: pick up the kids from school, walk to our house, prepare a snack, help with homework, and play with the kids until 4 p.m. We need someone with confidence and experience babysitting elementary-aged kids, and our ideal candidate is pursuing a career in teaching/education. Our boy/girl twins are best friends and play well together, but like most siblings, they need a sturdy and confident adult to help them navigate tricky brother/sister moments.
