Part Time Helping Hand Nanny Toddler & 4 Month Old Boy

I am a stay at home Navy wife in IB, looking for help while I am home with our 2 boys. 2. 4 years old and 4 months old. We are looking for 4-5 days a week , 2-4 hours a day depending on number of days. My toddler is super active and loves to show off his jumping skills on the couch, read books, and play with his trucks. We go to the park most mornings or some activity. We want both boys to get the love and attention they deserve. But it is hard juggling both and we are looking for someone patient and kind to help hold the baby or play with the toddler.
