About the job
My husband and I are in search of a nanny/babysitter for our (almost) 2-year-old son. Our current nanny is moving away. We will need someone at a minimum of 18 hours a week (T/WTh 9-3pm). We are a fun, loving family with traditional values! We are pretty laid back with a crunchy(ish) perspective on parenting. No screen time, a healthy, balanced, organic diet, outdoor play, and lots of books/reading. We are looking for someone who is patient and kind. Someone creative who will take the time to teach and guide our son. Ideally, someone who will be with us for a while. Our son is even tempered and takes direction well.
