My husband and I currently work from 10am-6:30 p.m. in the city which means commute is a bit long for us. We need a caregiver who would come in at about 8:30 a.m. and doesn't mind leaving between 7-7:30pm(on a good day without traffic, could be shorter). We have an 18-month-old who's just catching up on his words and wont mind someone who can help his use his words, Otherwise he has a structure way of things. We also have a 6-month-old who doesn't like to feel like she's alone when she's awake. She's currently starting solids and sitting up and rolling over. Care - we want someone who would care for them as if they were their own. Patience - our kids are in the middle of learning a new milestone respectively and someone who is patient will understand this phase. Trust - we are a small tight family without much people around us and so we're particular about opening our hearts and door to someone we can trust. The kids enjoy physical activities.. my son likes to throw balls or enjoys a good game of hide and seek. On some occasions he'd be interested in screen time otherwise he doesn't necessarily care for tv. His toys are enough. He really enjoys being outside, taking walks and we have a playground in the apartment that he'd go sometimes. My daughter doesn't have any attachment to any toys, she loves to be up and not laid down a lot when she's awake. She's in the middle of learning to sit and eat solids. Otherwise she just doesn't like to be alone or feel like she's alone and that's not to say she's clingy. She'll rather just want to see someone in her view. Talking Eating Nap times (enjoys some singing to sleep) Meal prep We would have a parking spot available for someone who drives. And for someone who commutes, there's easy bus access. No pets
