About the job
Looking for help on weekend mornings with my twin toddlers and 5-year-old. Our 3 boys are curious, affectionate, and high energy, and I am looking for a smart, reliable, and fun loving caregiver to help me keep up with them! My husband and I are usually present on weekends but want a caregiver to help us chase the toddlers and tag team with us to allow us some one-on-one time with the kids throughout the day. A typical morning would include helping me with serving and cleaning up breakfast; helping the twins get dressed and ready for the day; playing at our house or accompanying me and the kids on an outing (eg, play date, sports practice, or class); assisting with preparing and serving snacks and lunch; assisting me in getting the twins down for their nap; and either playing with my older son while I do other tasks or watching the monitor so I can spend dedicated time with him. The perfect candidate would be high energy, creative, and love being outside in nature. The caregivers who have been the best fits for our family in the past have been friendly, imaginative, knowledgeable about child development, and love reading aloud. We ask that only candidates who are willing to be paid via payroll apply. Note: our family includes a very large German Shepherd. He is friendly and obedient but makes this role a bad fit for anyone afraid of dogs.
