We need a babysitter for our 2 children. We have a 10-year-old son and 13-year-old daughter. . Our kids are both creative, responsible, kind, and flexible. At their ages, we need more of a household manager/driver/mentor than a true "babysitter" - we'd love some help with meal planning, cooking, and household organization during downtime.
