Babysitter For 16-mo-old In Kentfield

We are looking to welcome a dedicated caregiver who is loving, nurturing, and experienced who can confidently meet the needs of our sweet, bright 16-month-old. It is important you are present and engaged and contributing to our son's development, growth, and education, not spending time on the phone in front of him. Background in early childhood education, Montessori philosophy, and/or Positive Discipline are ideal. Child CPR certification preferred. We need care Mon/Tues for Nov & Dec (excluding holidays) with flexibility for Weds or Thurs in addition if you want. Can turn into longer term if right fit. Thank you for considering!
