About the job
We currently have a 2. 5-year-old and expecting our second baby end of Jan. Looking for someone willing to start as a mothers helper- light childcare a few times a week for 2-4 hrs at their convenience start date flexible after Feb 1 after second baby, THEN having this person transition to full time nanny M-F summer 2025 when I return to work. It is very important that this person has the ability and desire to transition to FULL TIME COME JUNE/JULY/AUG 2025. My work calendar mimics a school year calendar so I typically get all holidays and breaks off - which also presents some nice breaks for yourself. I have a toddler 2. 5 now - fully potty trained, very verbal, and genuinely really gentle. She will be starting preschool 3 days a week come Aug 2025 so she will not be present full time come that transition.
