Looking for a nanny for our 1-year-old to provide care in our home while my husband and I work both remotely from home. We're looking for someone who can meet our daughter where she is at developmentally and help foster continued growth and skill-building through each developmental stage. Above all, we're looking for someone who can be attuned to her needs and provide an emotionally safe and nurturing space in which she feels loved, even when her parents are absent.
