Nanny/babysitter Needed For 2 Children In Glendale.

Hello! We are looking for a great nanny for 2 children in Glendale. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is CPR certified and who has lots of experience working with young kids. The days are flexible, and we would need support from 8-11:30 OR 3-6:30, depending on the day. We keep firm boundaries and enforce them with LOTS of gentleness. We allow our kids to be where they are developmentally, and model the kind of words/behavior/interactions we want them to learn. Big feelings are okay in our home, and we try to navigate them with empathy, communication, and regulation tools. We spend a lot of time outside, and we do a lot of imagination/story-telling play. We need someone who isn't just going to supervise, but wants to dive into their world and know how to incorporate both ages.
