Long-term Nanny/family Helper Needed In Adams Hill

We are looking for a long-term nanny/helper. We have a 1-year-old and a 3-year-old. My wife works very long hours and I have a physical disability which prevents me from being able to do many chores around the home, so we need help with housework (a cleaner comes every two weeks), laundry, dishes, etc. We have an aging Australian shepherd mix so you should be comfortable with dogs. Our ideal hire will plan activities for our youngest, then add the 3-year-old once she gets home from preschool at around 3:00 p.m. We parent with the philosophy that children are just as worthy of attention and respect as any adult. And that firm, fair boundaries are needed within which they can be free to explore. Applicants should either have a degree in a relevant field or at least have a strong understanding of current best-practices.
