Our baby is breastfed and very attached to me. We need someone experienced and capable of jumping in to help him adjust to me leaving for a few hours, but nurturing and kind. He is learning to use a sippy cup, crawling, and pulling up to stand, so he needs a watchful eye to keep him safe. You must be able to manage a fussy baby when I leave and he gets hungry: proactive tactics like making milk from a sippy cup fun, going for walks, going outside, music, bouncing, changing scenery, and experienced safe baby wearing are ideal.
